A PowerCopy is an easy way to copy a design with all parameters from one CatPart to another.

Beside VBA programming a PowerCopy is a powerful tool to automate CatiaV5.

You can also combine VBA programming and PowerCopies – so you will get the best of both together in one tool.

In this category I like to show you how to create and use PowerCopies. You can also learn how to combine PowerCopies and VBA programming.

I try to illustrate all posts and describe the procedure in detail.

Since some days my blog is multilingual. I decided to create, beside my German version also an English one.

First of all I like to say sorry for my bad English and if you find any terribly English, please inform me and I will change it.

I will translate my CodeSnippets soon and all new posts will be written in both languages.

I’m sorry but last weekend my database crashed. Maybe I tested to much plugins and deleted it again :(.
Of course I did regular backups of my database, but it seems since my last change of my database not all tables was saved. Especially the English posts are missing.
Now I’m doing my backups in two separate ways – so I hope I’m save for the future.

I will rewrite the English posts as soon as possible.
